California-based fashion stylist, Kerry Hughes, needed branding for her blossoming business. A self-proclaimed girlie-girl with classic Hepburn-esque style, I knew she needed a brand that was utterly feminine and timeless.
Her moodboard consisted of shabby-chic Parisian imagery all in ivory, lavender and blush tones (be still my heart!). Being a fashion brand, I decided that the Kerry Hughes logo needed to be a simple yet solid typographical piece, just like the great fashion houses in Paris.
From there I created her supporting brand pieces (secondary logo, submark and graphics) and designed her brand collateral (business cards, note cards, thank you cards, stickers) to help complete this tres chic visual system. For Kerry's Brand Portraits we chose wardrobe and props that matched her color palette and brand style so all of her visuals told a polished and complete story.
