For my CRM (Client Relationship Management) software I use Dubsado — and I LOVE it! I can quickly and easily make proposal, send contracts, and take payments all online. I can also create email templates for all the emails I'm sending over and over again... and basically just keep all of my client info organized in one place! I also love how Dubsado allows me to customize everything so I stay "on brand."

social media management

To keep my Instagram feed queued up with perfectly curated content I use (and absolutely LOVE) Planoly. I adore the layout and design of this app — it makes it easy to see how my feed will look, I'm able to save groupings of my favorite #hashtags (so I'm not having to always re-type them... genius!), and the app even auto posts for me! 

Pinterest is one of the biggest traffic sources for my website. To keep my Pinterest feed queued up with perfectly curated content I use (and absolutely LOVE) Tailwind. I now spend about an hour a week planning my pins in the Tailwind app — then Tailwind post them for me at optimal times so that I get the most views, repins, etc. This app has seriously been a game changer for my small biz — I've been able to grow my audience massively since using Tailwind so it's a top recommendation!
