Similarly, I’ve created the concept of a Superbloom year—where you decide to go all out, break through your barriers, and elevate your coaching business to levels you’ve only dreamed of. It’s about embracing the mindset that nothing is out of reach and pushing past limitations to achieve extraordinary success.
For me, turning 40 became the catalyst for my Superbloom year. Instead of dreading this milestone, I chose to celebrate it as a year of exponential growth and transformation, both personally and professionally. And guess what? You can have your Superbloom year too, no matter where you are in life or in your coaching business.
How I Discovered My Superbloom Vision
The idea for this podcast and my Superbloom year didn’t come overnight. In fact, it took years of marination, simmering in the background of my mind. I knew I wanted to create a podcast for coaches to help them build their brands and businesses, but I wasn’t sure about the specifics.
Everything clicked earlier this year when I became a certified life coach through The Life Coach School with Brooke Castillo, who has been a huge inspiration in my life. After an incredible, transformative experience during my certification in Miami, I had an epiphany on the plane ride home. I knew exactly what this podcast needed to be: a celebration of elevating your coaching business to new heights and embracing your Superbloom year.
Why Elevating Your Coaching Business is Crucial
As life coaches, we often get stuck in the cycle of incremental growth. Many of us aim to hit six figures and then plateau, unsure of how to push beyond that threshold. I’ve been there. I worked incredibly hard to reach the six-figure mark in my business, and while it was a significant achievement, I found myself stuck there for the past few years.
The problem wasn’t my business model or my branding expertise—it was my mindset. I realized that I had limited myself by not dreaming bigger. And that’s where the concept of elevating your coaching business comes in. It’s not just about adding zeros to your income; it’s about transforming your mindset, your approach, and ultimately, your entire business.
The Journey to Becoming a Luxury Brand Leader
Before I fully embraced my role as a luxury brand leader for coaches, I spent years working as a wedding photographer. I was passionate about photography, but I quickly discovered that I was even more passionate about the business side of things—especially branding. I loved creating beautiful, cohesive brands that told a story and attracted the right clients.
However, I struggled to balance my wedding photography business with my growing interest in branding. It wasn’t until a coach I hired (ironically, a wedding photography coach) told me to stop shooting weddings that I finally realized I needed to go all-in on branding. This was a turning point in my career, and it’s what allowed me to elevate my own business and eventually specialize in helping other female entrepreneurs, particularly life coaches, do the same.
How Coaching Changed Everything
When I first started working with life coaches as clients, I didn’t fully understand what they did. But as I continued to collaborate with them, I became fascinated by the impact they were making in people’s lives. This curiosity led me to discover Brooke Castillo and her program, Self-Coaching Scholars, where I learned about her powerful coaching framework, The Model.
The Model changed everything for me. It allowed me to shift my mindset, set bigger goals, and finally break through the six-figure plateau I had been stuck at for years. It also inspired me to get certified as a life coach so I could bring even more value to my clients and help them elevate their coaching businesses.
The Power of Mindset in Business Growth
One of the most important lessons I’ve learned from coaching is the power of mindset. Your thoughts create your reality, and a small shift in mindset can have a massive impact on your business. During my certification process, I had a breakthrough moment where I shifted from saying, “I want to make a million dollars in my 40th year” to “I will make a million dollars in my 40th year.”
That change in language was everything. It transformed my goal from a hopeful wish to a concrete plan, and it gave me the confidence to take massive action. I realized that to reach a million-dollar business, I couldn’t just hustle harder; I had to become a different person—a seven-figure business owner with the mindset, habits, and strategies to match.

Don’t be afraid to dream big. Whether it’s hitting your first six figures, doubling your current income, or reaching a million dollars in revenue, set a goal that excites and challenges you.
2. Shift Your Mindset
Your mindset is the foundation of your success. Work on shifting your thoughts from doubt and fear to confidence and certainty. Remember, the difference between “I want to” and “I will” is huge.
