In Part 1 of my Life Coach School Practicum vlog, I shared the mindset shift that changed everything for me. But that was just the beginning. The practicum experience went even deeper, leading to some of the most powerful breakthroughs I’ve ever had in my business and life. These weren’t just small realizations; they were paradigm shifts that set the stage for my $1M goal and my Superbloom Year. 🌸✨
In this post, I’ll take you through the biggest lessons, breakthroughs, and game-changing moments from the rest of my practicum experience—and how you can apply these insights to your own journey.
Sometimes, we don’t even realize how much we’re holding ourselves back until we’re forced to confront it head-on. That’s exactly what happened during one of the practicum exercises where we had to articulate our biggest, boldest business goals.
I had always known I wanted to scale my business, but I hadn’t actually spoken my real goal out loud. When I finally did, it felt terrifying and exhilarating at the same time: I want to make $1M in my 40th year.
Immediately, doubt crept in.
But then, I caught myself. This wasn’t just about the number. This was about stepping into a new version of myself that fully believed in my potential. It was about breaking free from the subconscious limitations I had placed on myself and finally allowing myself to go all in.
One of the most powerful coaching moments from the practicum was recognizing the stories we tell ourselves and how they shape our results. I realized I had been unknowingly holding onto limiting beliefs, such as:
By identifying these subconscious patterns, I was able to rewrite my internal narrative and adopt a new belief system centered around abundance, ease, and confidence.
A major theme of the practicum was the power of decision. Making a firm decision to achieve something creates a ripple effect in every area of your life. Once I declared my $1M goal, my brain started working differently. Instead of questioning whether it was possible, I began asking: What needs to happen to make this inevitable?
Another key realization? My success isn’t about me—it’s about the impact I create for others. The more I focus on helping my ideal clients transform their businesses and lives, the more my own business grows. This shift allowed me to detach from fear and step into service, which makes selling and scaling feel natural and aligned.
If your goals don’t scare you, they’re not big enough. The moment you commit to a bold goal, your brain starts finding ways to make it happen. Whether it’s a revenue goal, launching a new offer, or stepping into a higher level of leadership—challenge yourself to dream bigger.
We all have unconscious stories that keep us playing small. Take a moment to reflect:
One of the biggest shifts I made at the practicum was to start making decisions as my future self—the version of me who had already hit her $1M goal. Ask yourself:
Then, start acting from that place now.
The real work begins after an event like this. I left the practicum feeling empowered, inspired, and ready to take action, but I knew I had to implement these breakthroughs into my daily life. Here’s how I’m doing it:
This practicum solidified my passion for helping coaches build luxury brands and attract high-ticket clients effortlessly. That’s exactly what I teach in: 👉 Luxury Brand Leader (LBL): My signature program for coaches who want to build premium brands that stand out and command higher rates.
👉 Dream Client Accelerator (DCA): My roadmap to consistently booking ideal coaching clients and growing your business with ease.
If you’re ready to scale your coaching business, these programs were designed for you. Let’s make your next big goal inevitable! 🚀
Attending the Life Coach School Practicum was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The breakthroughs I had there weren’t just about business—they were about who I am becoming.
If there’s one takeaway I want you to get from this, it’s this: you are capable of more than you think. The only thing standing between you and your next level is your mindset and the decisions you make today.
So, what’s the boldest goal you can set right now? Drop it in the comments—I’d love to cheer you on! 🎉
