Life Update Via Instagram
It’s been a while since I’ve gotten “personal” with you, so I thought I’d give you a little life update in a new Insta-Recap. Here are a few highlights from my personal life via my Instagram feed:
one. // In January Matt and I drove to Southern California for our good friends’ (and my former models’!) wedding. On our way we found the most delicious little pizza shop in a strip mall. I was particularly smitten with their chalkboard typography. Their pies were incredible as well.
two. // In February I flew home to Fort Collins, Colorado, to do some wedding planning of my own. My mama, maid-of-honor and I ventured out in a nasty blizzard so I could try on wedding gowns. Our first stop was the darling Dora Grace in FoCo.
three. // While in Fort Collins I reconnected for another collaboration with some of my favorite Northern Colorado vendors, Orchidee Salon and Spa and Avenue Blooms.
four. // On the cusp of a second blizzard, my sweet parents drove me down to Denver (for the second time) so I could buy my dream wedding gown. After visiting four different shops I found “the one” at Little White Dress. I definitely struggled for 24 hours while I decided between my top two dresses but in the end a gorgeous Matthew Christopher gown won my heart.
