Alright—let me tell you why this is so important.

Most new coaches make the mistake of just selling coaching “sessions.” Like, “Hey! Book a coaching session with me!” But here’s the problem… people don’t want to buy sessions. They want to buy results.

When you have a clear program—a process, a transformation, a roadmap—that’s when your offer becomes powerful. Because now you’re not just selling your time… you’re selling clarity, confidence, freedom, breakthroughs—exactly what your ideal client is dreaming of.

And that’s when people say, “That’s EXACTLY what I need. When can we start?”

Step 1: Decide WHO Your Coaching Program is For (And Be Specific)


Remember, in Episode 2: How To Find Your Coaching Niche and Attract Ideal Clients, we discussed the importance of solving a specific problem, for a specific person who is actively searching for a solution

That’s where we need to start.

So if you haven’t already, make sure you watch that episode and then come right back here.

Now ask yourself: what are you really helping your ideal client achieve?

This is the foundation of your coaching offer: the transformation.

Are you helping them…

  • Navigate a career pivot and finally figure out what’s next?
  • Heal from burnout and build a lifestyle that actually feels good?
  • Build unshakable confidence—in work, relationships, or just walking through the world?
  • Let go of perfectionism and finally start taking action on their dreams?
  • Or maybe it’s helping them heal a relationship, stop people-pleasing, or find purpose after a major life change?

Step 2: Get Clear on the Result Your Coaching Program Delivers

Because your coaching isn’t about how many calls or hours you offer—it’s about the outcome your client walks away with.

Your client isn’t paying for time.

They’re investing in a transformation.

They’re investing in a before and after story that you are uniquely positioned to guide them through.

Step 3: Decide How To Deliver a Transformation for Your Coaching Clients

This is where I see so many new coaches overcompensate—thinking that more automatically means better.

  • More sessions.
  • More calls.
  • More Voxer access.
  • More PDFs.
  • More, more, more.

But here’s the truth: in the luxury world, time is the ultimate currency.

And what’s actually more valuable than a 12-month program?

A program that gets your client their desired result in half the time.

Step 4: Learn that Less is Actually More—Especially When it Comes to Time

Imagine this: two programs promise the same transformation.

One takes 6 months.

The other takes 6 weeks.

Which one feels more valuable?

The faster path—with the same level of transformation—is almost always the winner.

So instead of cramming in more calls and “stuff” to justify your pricing, ask:

  • What’s the most elegant, efficient path to help my client get the result?
  • How can I support them in a way that respects both of our time and energy?

Step 5: Choose Your Coaching Program Structure

  • A 3-month one-on-one coaching program with biweekly 60-minute Zoom sessions
  • A 6-week deep-dive intensive with weekly calls and custom Voxer support
  • A hybrid model where clients get coaching, plus curated video trainings and resources between calls—which is what I do inside my Dream Client Accelerator program!

Remember: I’m all about building a LUXURY experience—even if it’s just you, your laptop, and Zoom right now. That’s okay. It still gets to feel high-end.

Step 7: Price Your Coaching Program For Profit

Now let’s talk about pricing.

And let me be clear:

You are not selling an hourly rate. You are offering a transformation. And for the client who desperately needs that transformation—they’re not out there looking for the cheapest option. They’re looking for THE coach who can truly help them change their life. So when you price your coaching program, I want you to stop thinking in terms of time.

You are not trading hours for dollars.

You are delivering results.

And those results? Are often priceless.

Here’s what I mean:

  • What would it be worth to your client to finally break out of the self-doubt that’s been holding them back for years?
  • To stop spinning their wheels and finally take action?
  • To get unstuck and actually move toward the life or business or relationship they’ve been dreaming about?

Your Time and Expertise Are Valuable—Charge Accordingly!

That’s the energy you want to step into when you price your coaching offer.

And listen—I get it.

Almost every woman I’ve ever coached has had some version of the thought:

“But I feel bad charging money for something that helps people.”

If that’s you—let me lovingly say this:

→ You can help people and get paid.
→ You can serve deeply and still receive abundantly.

Why Pricing for Profit is Better (For You & Your Client)

When someone pays for coaching, they’re more invested. They show up differently. They take it seriously. They do the work. And when you undercharge—or don’t charge at all—you’re sending a message. To your clients… and to yourself. The message is: This work isn’t valuable. I’m not valuable. But that’s a lie. The work you do changes lives. And that is worth charging for. Generously.
