So many high-achieving women follow the script.
Get the degree.
Climb the ladder.
Do everything “right.”
And yet… quietly, persistently, sometimes painfully… there’s a whisper underneath it all:
“I’m not happy… and I don’t know why.”
I’ve seen this again and again—both in my own journey and in the women I coach. Most of us try to outrun that feeling by staying busy, setting bigger goals, or pushing harder. However, the breakthrough rarely comes from doing more.
More often, it comes from finally turning inward.
In this episode of Superbloom Coach, I sat down with coach, speaker, and creator Natanya Bravo for a conversation that felt like a deep exhale. We talked about Manifesting in a way that’s grounded, practical, and honestly… life-changing.
Together, we unpacked four powerful inner tools that help high-achieving women feel aligned again:
If you’ve ever felt like something inside of you is trying to get your attention, I want you to stay with me. This might be your moment to finally listen.

Let’s be real: Manifesting can feel confusing when you’re a logical, ambitious woman who’s built success through discipline, strategy, and competence.
On one hand, Manifesting sounds inspiring. On the other, it can feel fluffy, unrealistic, or like something you’re “not allowed” to prioritize.
Natanya explained it in a way that immediately clicked for me:
Most of us aren’t struggling because we’re incapable. We’re struggling because we’ve been taught to chase external validation instead of internal alignment.
Even more layered? A lot of high-achieving women feel guilty for wanting more—because their lives look “good on paper.”
Great career.
Money.
Prestige.
Security.
And yet… fulfillment is missing.
That internal disconnect is often the first sign that you’re chasing things outside of yourself without truly knowing who you are. And in my experience, Manifesting isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about coming home to yourself.
One thing I loved about Natanya’s story is that it wasn’t packaged like a fairytale.
She didn’t discover Manifesting at a retreat in Bali.
She discovered it during a breakdown she couldn’t name.
At the time, she was in her twenties, living in New York, making six figures, checking all the “success” boxes… and still experiencing anxiety attacks and emotional exhaustion.
Nothing was technically wrong.
Still, nothing felt right.
Eventually she hit the moment I think so many women hit:
“What I’m doing isn’t working… and I have nothing to lose.”
That became her turning point.
Instead of trying harder, she tried differently.
Instead of striving outward, she started going inward.
And that’s why I loved this conversation so much—because Manifesting, when it’s real, isn’t about magical thinking. It’s about stripping away the stories and conditioning that keep you stuck.
Natanya also shared something that I know a lot of you can relate to:
At first, she was skeptical.
She kept hearing successful people talk about the power of words—Oprah, celebrities, public figures—and the inner dialogue was basically:
“Of course it works for them. They’re already rich.”
But then she paused and had a thought that changed everything:
Maybe they weren’t successful before Manifesting. Maybe they were successful because of it.
That was the moment she decided to experiment.
Not from blind faith… but from logic:
“If what I’m doing isn’t working, I might as well try something else.”
And that “something else” led her to mirror work.
Mirror work is the practice of intentionally looking at yourself—really looking—and having honest dialogue with yourself.
Not fixing your hair, judging your skin.
Not doing that quick glance we do before we run out the door.
Natanya said something that hit me hard:
We get dressed, do our makeup, live our lives… but very rarely do we sit and intentionally connect with ourselves.
And once you’re looking yourself in the eyes, it’s hard to run from your own truth.
This is the part that makes mirror work so powerful:
When you hold eye contact with yourself, whatever you’ve been pushing down starts rising up.
Shame.
Fear.
Regret.
Longing.
Truth.
For many women, the first time they try it, they can’t even get words out. Sometimes the only thing they can do is hold eye contact—until the emotion hits.
And honestly? That makes sense.
Because if you’ve lived most of your life staying surface-level with yourself… depth is going to feel intense at first.
Natanya gave a simple starting point I love:
Eventually, you can start talking—even if it’s messy.
Some days it’s:
“I don’t feel like doing this.”
“I’m overwhelmed.”
“I’m scared.”
Other days, it evolves into compassion:
“It’s okay that you feel this way.”
“You don’t have to stay here.”
“You’ve gotten through hard things before.”
And then… once you get comfortable?
Mirror work becomes a place where you can celebrate what you’re Manifesting like it’s already yours.
This story was one of my favorites.
Natanya wanted to host a retreat on the Amalfi Coast—but the Amalfi Coast is expensive, so the retreat would have to be higher-priced. Naturally, all the doubts came up:
“Will anyone pay that?”
“Will anyone come?”
“What if it flops?”
During a content shoot, someone on her team suggested filming her doing mirror work. She decided to use the retreat as the thing she would “practice” Manifesting—authentically.
So she stood in the mirror and celebrated as if it was already true:
The retreat sold out.
The perfect women signed up.
The notifications came through.
The villa was full.
Two weeks later, she launched it.
It sold out in one week.
And what I love here is this: Manifesting didn’t replace strategy. It helped her show up with belief, confidence, and decisiveness—so the strategy worked faster.
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques.
The simplest way to describe it is emotional acupressure—tapping on meridian points while speaking through a charged emotion.
Natanya explained it so clearly:
If your fear is a 9 out of 10, you’re not going to be creative, clear, or magnetic.
So EFT helps bring that emotional intensity down—so you can actually hear your intuition again.
This matters because Manifesting becomes really difficult when your nervous system is in fight-or-flight.
If you’re trying to “call in” money, love, clients, visibility—while your body feels unsafe?
You’ll sabotage, avoid. You’ll procrastinate.
Not because you’re lazy… but because your system thinks it’s protecting you.
EFT is a way to regulate the body while you shift the story.
EFT is especially useful for:
And I loved Natanya’s reminder: we can’t shift what we haven’t acknowledged.
So instead of pretending you’re fine, EFT gives you a way to tell the truth—then move.
Scripting is like journaling—but future-focused.
Instead of writing about what happened, you write as if what you desire already happened.
You’re not hoping.
You’re remembering.
And the more sensory the script is, the more real it feels:
What do you see? Smell? Hear?
What are you wearing?
What does your life feel like?
This part made me feel so seen, because I told Natanya something honest:
Even though I have a creative background, sometimes my imagination stalls when it comes to Manifesting.
Her response was so good:
Often, visualization isn’t the problem.
Belief is.
If you don’t believe something is possible for you, your brain resists seeing it.
So instead of forcing specifics, zoom out and script the feelings:
Ease.
Freedom.
Confidence.
Abundance.
Peace.
Then your subconscious can actually start accepting it.
Natanya’s advice was perfect:
Manifesting is about alignment—not pressure.
One of the biggest takeaways from this episode is something I’ve coached on endlessly:
We don’t want the thing. We want the feeling we believe the thing will give us.
Money represents freedom.
Love represents safety.
Success represents self-trust.
So instead of waiting for the external thing to arrive, we can practice the internal state now.
That’s when Manifesting shifts from “wishful thinking” to embodied reality.
The Future You method is about connecting with the version of you who already has what you want.
Then asking:
“What would she do today?”
“What would she tolerate?”
“How would she speak?”
“What would she choose?”
This method is so powerful because it turns Manifesting into action—not hustle, but aligned movement.
I shared something personal in this episode:
After I turned 40, I set a goal to make a million dollars that year.
I didn’t hit a million—yet.
However, I went from making around $100K consistently to making over $300K.
Not because I “worked harder”… but because I embodied a different identity.
My coach called me “Million-Dollar Moriah,” and she had me write out what that version of me does:
She works out, prioritizes rest, eats well, makes CEO decisions, takes risks, and she leads.
Reading that list daily changed my behavior—so my results changed.
And honestly? Even without the million, I became the version of myself who can hold it.
That’s Manifesting.
Natanya said something that I want to tattoo on the internet:
There’s a difference between trying and deciding.
When you decide, you stop negotiating with fear.
Does it always happen exactly the way you expect? No.
Does it happen in your timeline? Not always.
But in Natanya’s words:
“This or something better.”
That’s the energy that allows Manifesting to feel expansive—not obsessive.
Here’s what I want you to take from this conversation:
You’re already Manifesting. All day, every day.
The question is whether you’re reinforcing fear—or practicing alignment.
Mirror work, EFT, scripting, and Future You identity aren’t gimmicks. They’re tools that help you regulate, reconnect, and consciously create.
You don’t need permission, perfection or, to become someone else. You just need to come back to yourself.
If this episode hit you in the heart, make sure you listen to the full conversation. It’s one of those episodes that can genuinely shift how you see yourself—and how you approach Manifesting.
Because if something inside of you has been trying to get your attention…
This might be your moment to finally hear it.
You don’t need more information.
You need the right container for where you are right now.
